Roxanne Rosener

Roxanne Irene (Ziemer) Rosener, age 29 of Goodhue, passed away surrounded by her family on Sunday evening, December 12, 2010 at Regions Hospital in St. Paul. Roxanne was born on February 10, 1981 in Red Wing, the daughter of Earl and Peggy (Clemens) Ziemer. She attended Cannon Falls School and graduated in 1999. She has been an employee of Berquist Inc. in Cannon Falls since 2001. Roxanne was a member of Vasa Lutheran Church. Roxanne married Michael Rosener and they were blessed with one child, Lily Sue. They later divorced and she entered into a wonderful relationship with Eric Lindblom. Roxy loved her family and friends, and will be remembered for being the "best mommy", a great cook, and for her passion for shopping. She was a very compassionate, caring, and giving person and would never hesitate to help anyone in need. Her smiles and laughter will truly live on in our memories forever, as you just cannot think of Roxy without this vision flashing in your thoughts. Truly, this was a gift from God and she was able to share it with all of us. It didn't matter if she was happy, sad or mad, she would always say something that would crack a smile, which would then turn in to a contagious burst of giggles. Roxy will be deeply missed by all of her friends and family, but her giggles will live on with us forever. Heaven has surely gained a very precious angel. She is survived by her loving friend Eric, daughter, Lily, Eric's three children, Jed, Autumn and Wyatt, all of Goodhue; two brothers, Jamie Ziemer of Goodhue, and Roger and wife, Jennifer (Perry) Ziemer of Red Wing; niece, Sidney and nephew, Seth, both of Red Wing; mother, Peggy Ziemer and fiancé, Tim Erie of Welch; grandfather, Ralph Clemens of Welch; and many aunts, uncles, cousins and friends. She was preceded in death by her father, Earl Ziemer; grandfather, DeWayne Ziemer; grandmothers, Dorothy Ziemer and Irene Clemens; and aunt, Sally Ziemer. Funeral service will be held on Friday, December 17 at 11:00 a.m. at the Vasa Lutheran Church, with Pastor Kristi Mitchell officiating. Interment will follow at the church cemetery. Visitation will be on Thursday from 5-8 p.m. at Lundberg Funeral Home in Cannon Falls. There will also be visitation at the church on Friday from 10-11 a.m. Active pallbearers will be Roger Ziemer, Jed Lindblom, Cory and Shane Clemens, Justin and Joseph Montey. Honorary pallbearers will be Lily Rosener, Autumn and Wyatt Lindblom, Jamie Ziemer, and Rich Collins.
