Ralph M. Larson, 86, of White Bear Lake (formerly of Vasa) passed away peacefully Sunday February 8, 2015. Ralph was born April 20, 1928 in Spring Garden MN. He grew up on the family farm, attended country school and the University of Minnesota Agriculture School. After graduating, he became a carpenter, which eventually led him to become a cabinet maker around the Cannon Falls area. In September 1953 Ralph and Marian Miller were married and raised their two children, Tim and Karen. Marian passed away in 1990. Ralph married Arlene Anderson in 1996 and moved to White Bear Lake. He was active in church activities, wood working, enjoyed traveling, crossword puzzles and Sudoku. Ralph will be remembered for his gentle Christian character, love of family and "Ralph's Pretty Good Carpenter Shop". He is preceded in death by his parents; wife, Marian; sister, Phyllis Bucher and step-son, Curtis Feistner. Ralph is survived by wife Arlene; children, Tim (Gayle) Larson of Burnsville and Karen (Jerry) Noreen of Minneapolis; grandchildren, Nick (Lindsay) Larson, Anna Larson, Kevin and Kyle Noreen; great-grandchild, Jovie Larson; sisters, Naomi (Ron) Stave and Martha (Al) Hinrichs; step-children, Alan (Becci) Feistner, Bruce (Arielle) Feistner; step-grandchildren, Catherine, Andrew, Nathan, Eliana and Ian. A memorial service will be 12 noon, Saturday, February 21 at Vasa Lutheran Church, 15235 Norelius Rd. Welch MN, with a visitation one hour prior at the church. Interment will be at Vasa Lutheran Cemetery.
