Patricia Ann Gorman, age 47 of Stillwater, and formerly of Goodhue, died on Tuesday morning, April 10, 2007 at the Lakeview Hospital in Stillwater.
Patricia "Pat" was born on September 19, 1959 in Zumbrota, the daughter of George E. and Josephine J. "Dodie" (Heaney) Gorman. She graduated from Goodhue High School in 1977, and later attended Winona State University. She graduated in 1981 with a B.S. degree in Business.
Pat then moved to St. Paul, where she started her career with Nabisco. She held various sales positions with Nabisco and Kraft. She was a dedicated employee for 24 years. Pat had a passion to train, coach and mentor her employees. Pat loved being at Retail where she could interact with her employees, customers and vendors. Pat's interests included reading, traveling, music and spending time with family.
She loved to go to the beach, especially in Hawaii and South Carolina. Pat was deeply loved by her many nieces and nephews. Pat was the Godmother to Erin Revill, Patrick Gorman, Michael Reinhardt and Sophi Gorman.
Pat is survived by her father, George Gorman of Goodhue; nine brothers and sisters, Helen (Tim) Webb of Charleston, SC, Tom (Joni) Gorman of Red Wing, Charlie (Debb) Gorman of Pine Island, Michael Gorman of Red Wing, Mary (Jim) Reinhardt of Rushford, Ernie (Gayle) Gorman of Winona, Donna (Mike) Smith of Chanhassen, Denise Gorman of Eden Prairie, and Richard Gorman of Red Wing; 22 nieces and nephews, and 13 great-nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her mother, Josephine "Dodie" Gorman; and nephew, Brian Reinhardt.
Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Friday, April 13 at 11:00 a.m. at Holy Trinity Catholic Church in Goodhue, with Father Bruce Peterson officiating.
Interment will follow at St. Columbkill Catholic Cemetery in Belle Creek.
Visitation will be held AT THE CHURCH on Thursday from 4-8 pm, and on Friday from 10-11 a.m.
