Michael Knodle

Michael Thomas Knodle, age 80, of Cannon Falls, died Monday, December 31, 2018 at his home in Cannon Falls, surrounded by his loved ones.

Michael Thomas Knodle was born on February 2, 1938 in St. Paul, the son of Frank and Geraldine (LaValle) Knodle. He grew up in St. Paul and graduated from Cretin High School in 1956.Mike worked as a Private Investigator and moved to Cannon Falls in 2000. He attended St. Pius V Catholic Church. Mike enjoyed all sports but particularly loved golf and fishing.

Survivors include his significant other Corrine Lange, children Kelly Austin, Kerrieanne Hagen, Michael Knodle, John Knodle, and Cassandra Knodle; several grandchildren and great-grandchildren; brothers John (Starr) Knodle and Kerry Knodle; and Corrine’s children Gerald (Sally) Fiddler and Kevin (Lisa) Fiddler. Mike was preceded in death by his parents Frank and Geraldine Knodle.

Memorial services will be held on Saturday, January 19, 2018 at 11:00 am, at Lundberg Funeral Home, 5839 Hwy 19 Blvd., Cannon Falls, MN  55009. There will be a visitation from 10-11:00 am, prior to the service. Interment will be in the Cannon Falls Cemetery.
