Jackie (Duden) Blanchard

Jacqueline Kay “Jackie” (Duden) Blanchard passed away peacefully at home on Tuesday afternoon, September 27, 2022, surrounded by family and friends after a courageous battle with cancer.

Jackie was born on October 2, 1964, to John and Marie Duden in Cannon Falls. For the past 24 years, Jackie worked at Mactech, Inc. out of Red Wing. She was largely involved in the sales team and enjoyed taking care of all the customers.

Jackie and Bob have enjoyed the last five years riding motorcycle and traveling to different countries. Jackie loved the ritual of hanging out with family and friends on weekends by going out for dinner and cocktails. She also enjoyed a little bit of gambling and playing bingo.

Jackie is survived by her father, John Duden; her significant other, Bob Fredette; her children Matt, Danielle, and Brianna; her sisters, Cindy (Stan) Wilhite of Cannon Falls, Kathy (Dale) Quinn of Vanleer, TN, Debbie (Jeff) Lenk of Webster, and Jamie (Eric) Kuitunen of St. Paul; her grandchildren, Jayme, Emma, Liam, Grayson, Meredith, Ruby, and Jaida; mother-in-law, Janice Fredette; sister-in-law Elizabeth Fredette; and numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, and nephews. She was preceded in death by her mother, Marie Nelson and grandparents.

A visitation will be held at Lundberg Funeral Home in Cannon Falls on Sunday, October 2 from 2:00 pm – 5:00 pm. A Celebration of Life Funeral Service will be on Monday, October 3 at 11:00 am, with visitation from 10:00-11:00 am, at Lundberg Funeral Home. Interment will follow at the Cannon Falls Cemetery.

Active casket bearers will be Nate Wenker, Cody Flom, Derek Plonsky, Ryan Plonsky, Bob Oszman, and Mike Kiprowicz.
