Harry Swicker Jr.

Harry Swicker Jr., age 84, of Cannon Falls, died Saturday, September 29, 2018 in Rochester, at Mayo Clinic Hospital, St. Mary's Campus.

Harry was born in Chicago, IL to harry and Ruth Swicker. He was a member of the Catholic Brotherhood until 1976. Harry was a long-time employee of Blue Cross Blue Shield and also served as a substitute teacher for the Cannon Falls Schools. Harry is survived by his brother Frank (Marian) Swicker, stepchildren Kevin Hogan, John (Paula) Hogan, Fred (Chris) Hogan, Rebecca (Benjamin) Gournay, Laura Swanson; seven grandchildren Jessica Hogan, Mark Hogan, Blake Hogan, Brooke Hogan, Morgan Seleski, Jacob Hogan, and Matthew Swanson. He was preceded in death by his parents and his wife Caroline Swicker.

A visitation will be held on Saturday, October 13, 2018 from 1-3:00 pm with a memorial service at 2:30 pm at the Lundberg Funeral Home, 5839 Hwy 19 Blvd., Cannon Falls, MN 55009. Interment will be in the St. Pius V Cemetery in Cannon Falls following the service.
