Eldora Martha (Ertz) Pagel, 89, of Cannon Falls, MN died peacefully, surrounded by her family on March 16, 2021. She was born March 2, 1932 in Ivanhoe, MN. She was the daughter of Mathias and Anna Ertz. She Married Marvin Pagel on July 20, 1957 in Minneapolis, MN. She was a member of St. Pius V. Catholic Church of Cannon Falls, MN. She was a member of St. Michaels Circle. She was also a member of the Goodhue County Extension Homemakers. She worked as a waitress, nurses’ aide, home health aide, and many other jobs. She will be dearly missed by her family.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Marvin, and her daughter Pamela (Pagel) Varnado. She is survived by her children, Ellen Pagel of Marshall, MN, Karen Ohmann of Northfield, MN, Angela (Jon) Holt of Red Wing, MN, Renae Pagel of Ramsey, MN, Wendy (Tom) Cordes of La Crescent, MN, Richard (Nancy) Wilder, of Milledgeville, GA, and Ann (Bob) Wendt of Mankato, MN; 6 grandchildren; 12 great grandchildren; and her sister Delores Arends.
Mass of Christen Burial will be held on Monday, March 22, 2021 at 11:00 am at St. Pius V. Catholic Church, Cannon falls, MN, with visitation one hour prior. Memorial can be made to the family or to St. Pius V.
