Dennis Jay Searles, age 60 of Cannon Falls, died unexpectedly but peacefully, surrounded by family on Monday, December 21, 2009 at Regions Hospital in St. Paul.
He is survived by his wife, Bonnie Stokes; three children, Emilee, Nathan and Karen; two grandsons, Jared and Noah; sister, Rebecca Searles; and many other family and friends.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Harley and Elizabeth Searles.
A memorial service will be held on Monday, December 28 at 11:00 a.m., with a visitation from 10-11 a.m., at the Christ United Methodist Church (29470 Gaylord Ave, Cannon Falls), with Pastor Daniel Horn officiating.
Interment of his cremated remains will be held at a later date.
Memorial contributions may be made in lieu of flowers to the family, in care of Bonnie Stokes.
