David Radman

Dave Radman, age 69, of Randolph passed away at home on February 2, 2018.

David Robert Radman, the son of Bertrand and Rose (Tschann) was born on February 8, 1948. He attended St. Mathias Catholic Grade School and graduated from Randolph High School in 1966. On June 17, 1967 Dave married Nancy Nicolai at St. Mathias Church in Hampton. Together, they raised two daughters Wendy (Shawn) Carpenter and Aimee (Frank Landsberger) Radman. Dave enjoyed his life farming on the family farm in Randolph and was always willing and happy to help his fellow farmers and neighbors. He and his family treasured the family land as it passed from one generation to the next. When it came to taking care of his land he only used quality – which, of course, was John Deere and Ford. When he wasn’t taking care of his land and family he enjoyed his classic cars, traveling, always cheering on the Minnesota Twins, and meeting his favorite people in the whole world in New Trier. Dave’s pride and joy were his grandchildren Amber Shay, Allyssa Lee, David Shay, and Trace Carpenter.

Dave is preceded in death by his parents Bert and Rose, his mother-in-law and father-in-law Irene and Herb Nicolai, and brother-in-law Jerry Irrthum.

Funeral mass will be at 11:00 am, Thursday, February 8, 2018 at St. Mathias Church, 23315 Northfield Blvd, Hampton, MN  55031. Visitation will be from 5 – 8:00 pm, Wednesday, February 7, 2018 at the Lundberg Funeral Home, 5839 Highway 19 Blvd., Cannon Falls, MN  55009. Visitation will continue one hour prior to the service on Thursday at the church in Hampton. Interment will be in the St. Mathias Cemetery.
