Dale John Beebe, age 53 of Cannon Falls, passed away on Wednesday morning, December 30, 2009 at his home following a courageous battle with cancer. Dale John Beebe was born on December 11, 1956 in Morris, MN, the son of Marshall and Mildred (Barrie) Beebe. He was raised and educated in Morris, graduating from Morris High School in 1975. During his early years he worked at the Sunwood Inn in Morris where he met his wife. He was united in marriage to Dollinda "Dolly" K. Kolling on July 2, 1977 in Cyrus, MN. The couple made their home in Morris and Dale worked for Roart Plastics, Trademark Homes and later Arvid Beyer Ford. In August 1986 they moved to Cannon Falls, where he was employed at Structural Components and later Berquist Company where he was currently employed. Dale was a member of the First English Lutheran Church, and the Lincoln Lake Snowmobile Club.  He enjoyed the outdoors, loved snowmobiling, fishing and especially ice fishing. He had made several trips to Yellowstone Park and enjoyed time up north at the family's cabin. He was a big practical joker and enjoyed having fun with people. Dale is survived by his wife, Dolly; his daughter, Katie Beebe and significant other, Justin Bergeson both of Owatonna; son, Michael Beebe of Cannon Falls and significant other Elizabeth Yozamp of Lakeville; his granddaughter, Molly; parents, Marshall and Mildred Beebe of Mission, TX; brother, Robert A. (Patty) Beebe of Farmington; sister, Bonnie (Darrell) Hutson of South Haven; sisters-in-law, Pammella (Robert) Lubenow of Appleton and Devonne Kolling of Kerkhoven; also many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins. He was preceded in death by his mother-in-law, Iris and father-in-law, Carl Kolling;and his brother-in-law, Allen Kolling. Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, January 2, 2010 at First English Lutheran Church, 511 W. Belle St., Cannon Falls, with the Pastors Dan Forsgren and Phillip Ruud officiating. Friends may call from 4:00 until 8:00 p.m. Friday at the church, also one hour prior to the service on Saturday at church.
