Clifford Frandrup

Clifford Frederick Frandrup, age 88 of Randolph, passed away peacefully on Thursday afternoon, October 27, 2016 at the Northfield Care Center. Cliff was born on the family farm in Hampton Township on October 13, 1928, the son of Frank and Bertha (Freiermuth) Frandrup. He took over the farm in 1954 until his retirement in 1998. Cliff enjoyed drives in the country, checking the crops, going deer and turkey hunting, and playing euchre. Survivors include his wife of 59 years, Mary, children Russell (Connie), Cheri, Randy (Darla), Roger, and Bryan (Amber); 7 grandchildren; one great-grandson; siblings Leroy, Viola (Jerry), Mary, Diane, and OSB Sisters Shirley, Benet, and Dennis; as well as many nieces and nephews. Cliff was preceded in death by his parents, three children in infancy, siblings Ervin, Bernice, and Frank Jr.; sisters-in-law Dorothy, Loretta, and Mabel; and brother-in-law Don. In lieu of flowers, memorials are preferred to St. Benedict's Monastery.
