Barbara Schultz

Barbara Jean (Helgren) Schultz, age 57, of Cannon Falls, died at her home on Thursday, October 6, 2016. Barb was born on June 16, 1959 in Red Wing, the daughter of Ralph "Bud" and Betty (Hadler) Helgren. She attended Cannon Falls School, later working at Princess Toys in Cannon Falls and Smeads in Hastings. She enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren, her pets, and collecting things that made her happy. She is survived by her sons, Chad of Cannon Falls and Mike of Hampton; 5 grandchildren, Ethan, Devon, Alexis, Samantha, and Zachary; mother, Betty Helgren (LaVerne Sadler) of Waverly, IA; brothers, Steve (Sue) Helgren of Goodhue and Doug of Cannon Falls; sister, Pam (Barry) Underdahl of Cannon Falls; former husband, Randy Schultz of Herbster, WI; and aunts, uncles, many nieces, nephews and cousins. She was preceded in death by her father, Ralph "Bud" Helgren, grandparents, aunts and uncles. A memorial gathering will be held on Tuesday, October 11, 2016 from 4-6:30 pm, with a service at 6:30 pm, at Lundberg Funeral Home in Cannon Falls.
