Anthony Ochs

Anthony Robert "Tony" Ochs, age 69 of Longville and Cannon Falls, and formerly of Winona, died peacefully at his daughter's home in Cannon Falls on Wednesday evening, April 6, 2011, due to ongoing medical conditions. Tony was born on June 13, 1941 in St. Louis, Missouri. He enjoyed his cabin up north with his trusted companion, Gomez, and loved spending time with his children and grandchildren. He is survived by his daughters, Michelle Nelsen of Forest Lake and Natalie Grossell of Cannon Falls; five grandchildren, Dustin and Devon Grossell, Brianne and Brittany Phipps, and Jett Nelsen; and his dog, Gomez. He was preceded in death by his parents, Althea and Donald Beyers, and Charles Ochs. Funeral service will be held on Tuesday, April 12 at 10:00 a.m. at Lundberg Funeral Home in Cannon Falls, with Pastor Dan Forsgren officiating. There will be visitation on Monday from 6-8 pm at the funeral home. Active pallbearers will be John Smale, Dustin and Devon Grossell, Jerry Phipps, and Zakk Ristrom.
