Alice Otterness Todd

Alice Robinson Otterness Todd age 99 of Cannon Falls died peacefully with loving family present on Tuesday, January 2, 2018 at Twin Rivers Senior Campus. Alice was born on July 25, 1918 in Stanton MN to Pearl (Dack) and Samuel Robinson. She married Harold Otterness on February 7, 1943 at The United Methodist Church in Stanton MN. They enjoyed 55 years together and resided on the Otterness farm in Sogn MN. Alice was an amazing grandma, cook, gardner, card player, and brought happiness, laughter and smiles to any event. She was an active member of Urland Lutheran Church for 74 years. Her faith was strong and filled her with peace. Alice married Raymond Todd on February 13, 2005. They were blessed with 10 wonderful years together.
Alice is survived by children: Diane (Jim) Allmann of Lakeville MN, and their children David (Deb) Allmann, Sue Allmann (S.O Brent Aspenwall), Dean (Kim) Allmann and Jeff (Colleen) Smith; Daniel (Connie) Otterness of Vero Beach Florida and their son Jeremy Thompson; Renay Ingledew, Tom Ingledew of Sogn MN and their daughter Lauren Ingledew (fiancé Jerritt Aune) Kevin (Lisa) Otterness of Cannon Falls, MN and their children Tasha (Dale) Jensen, and Michael (Stephanie) Otterness; and John (Sara) Otterness of Farmington MN and their children Ashley Otterness (S.O Aaron Lund) and Dylan Otterness (S.O Maddie O'Reilly); Sisters-in-law Louise Robinson, Cora Lee Robinson and Gladys Ullevig; 18 great-grandchildren and 4 great-great grandchildren; and special family members of Ray Todd.
Alice is preceded in death by her parents; husbands Harold Otterness and Raymond Todd; sisters Dorothy Ohs, Zella Robinson, Janice Miller; brothers Wilmer Robinson and James Robinson; Brother-in-law George Ohs, and Robert Ullevig; grandson Zachary Otterness and step-grandson Daniel Allmann.
Funeral services will be on January 13, 2018 at Urland Lutheran Church, 6940 Co. 9 Blvd, Cannon Falls, MN 55009. Visitation will be 10:00 am to 12:00 pm at Urland Lutheran Church with funeral service at 12:00 pm. Memorials preferred to Urland Lutheran Church or Heartland Hospice.
